Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków is seeking two Team Leaders to join our growing Shared Services team. The role combines business leadership with people leadership, ensuring operational delivery and effective collaboration with internal and external clients.

You will oversee transportation planning and execution, manage planners, drive improvements with CI/CPI, and maintain SLAs. English is required; knowledge of a second language is a plus. We value integrity, teamwork, and professional communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain.
• 2+ years of team leadership experience.
• English required; second language advantageous (Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian).
• Experience with transportation planning tools (OTM) and standard processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage transportation Planning & Execution for all OpCos in the cluster.
• Collaborate with external customers, OpCo teams, and broader supply planning.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and resolve issues on the OpCo side.
• Lead and develop a team of Planners; optimize resources.
• Coordinate with CI/CPI for operational and system improvements.
• Monitor and improve cluster performance in planning and execution.
• Ensure shipments are planned and delivered successfully.
• Oversee daily transportation planning activities: load consolidation, mode shifts, route optimization.

We are looking for two Team Leaders to join our growing team.

The Team Leader role has dual responsibility as business leader and people leader. As business leader ensures operational delivery according to functional standards and effective collaboration with internal and external clients and stakeholders. As people leader supervises team and its operational deliverables, supports employee’s development, builds engagement and fosters collaboration across streams.

Your responsibilities would include:

• being responsible to oversee and manage transportation Planning & Execution functions for all OpCos within their specific cluster, acting decisively and engage effectively with key stakeholders
• partnering effectively with external customers and OpCo transportation organization, customer service representatives and wider supply planning organization
• being responsible for adhering to SLAs, resolving any issues/challenges at the OpCo side
• managing team of Planners by reviewing and improving resources on a continuous basis
• liaisingwith Continuous Improvement team to support implementation of operational and system improvements
• evaluatingcluster operational planning performance
• reviewingand ensures shipments have been successfully planned and successfully delivered
• overseeingdaily execution of transportation planning activities including load consolidation, mode shift, and optimization of transportation routes
• seeking to optimize transportation and execution activities based on transportation planners’ inputs, together with CI/CPI team.

You are a good match if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Logistics, or related field
• at least 5 years of workexperience in Supply Chain
• at least 2 years of experience managing and leading a team
• language skills: English (required), second language is advantageous (preferred: Spanish, Portuguese, French, German, Italian)
• good understanding/experience with OTM
• understanding of transportation rules, regulations, standard processes and business policies
• skills to effectively communicate to all levels (including OpCos) demonstrating expertise, professionalism and confidence
• ability to develop and manage client and carrier relationships
• professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• proficiency with Microsoft Office
• experience working for a multinational organization and working with colleagues internationally.
