Job summary

HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Global Shared Services) is seeking a Supply Planner to help create the operating company supply plan, balance constraints, and act as the main contact for all supply planning questions. The role focuses on tracking product availability, supporting S&OP analytics, and collaborating with Europe planners to improve processes and performance.

A candidate should have at least 2 years in planning in consumer goods, strong scheduling knowledge, and proven relationship-building

Qualifications

• At least 2 years work experience in planning in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, scheduling.
• Great interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships and trust with a good cultural awareness.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with advanced planning tools.

Responsibilities

• creating the Operating Company supply plan, balancing constraints to achieve optimal results
• coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders as the key contact for all Supply planning questions
• tracking local product availability and inventory levels vs targets
• contributing to S&OP meetings in preparation of analytics, scenarios & risks / opportunities
• coordinating and collaborating with the Senior Supply Planner Europe and NPI planner Europe
• supporting continuous improvement and capability building in the Supply planning function.
