Job summary

T Hub Poland, a division within T-Mobile Poland, seeks an experienced SAP Logistics Consultant to work remotely with quarterly HQ presence. You will lead end-to-end SAP MM/SD projects, provide AMS support, and help shape our SAP Logistics services for healthcare, SMEs, and the public sector.

The role requires strong SAP MM/SD customization skills, project leadership, and fluency in English and German at B2 level or higher. Join a multinational environment within Deutsche Telekom Group.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Logistics or SAP S/4HANA Logistics Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in SAP Logistics and SAP S/4HANA Logistics customizing (MM and SD).
• Experience in SAP Application Management Services (AMS) including incident handling and support processes or involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (greenfield/brownfield).
• Experience managing SAP MM/SD workstreams or subprojects independently.
• Good understanding of business processes in logistics, procurement, and sales.
• English at B2 level or higher; German at B2 or communicative level with willingness to develop.

Responsibilities

• Supporting customers in implementing, optimizing, and operating SAP Logistics and S/4HANA Logistics solutions through full project lifecycles.
• Managing SAP Logistics projects and MM/SD subprojects end-to-end with requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
• Providing 2nd level support and incident resolution for SAP MM/SD, with healthcare focus.
• Planning and executing SAP Logistics and S/4HANA migrations, including data migration activities.
• Delivering customer presentations, workshops, and end-user training sessions.
• Contributing to the SAP Logistics service portfolio with focus on healthcare, SMEs, and public sector.

WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU?

• Supporting customers in implementing, optimizing, and operating SAP Logistics and SAP S/4HANA Logistics solutions throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation and productive go-live
• Managing SAP Logistics projects and SAP MM/SD subprojects end-to-end, including requirements gathering and validation, solution conception, system customizing, testing support, training delivery, workshop facilitation, and go-live management
• Providing 2nd level support, application management, and incident resolution for SAP MM and SAP SD solutions, with a particular focus on healthcare customers
• Planning and executing SAP Logistics and S/4HANA Logistics migrations, including data migration activities
• Conducting customer presentations, workshops, and end-user training sessions
• Contributing to the continuous development and enhancement of the SAP Logistics service portfolio, with a focus on healthcare, SMEs, and the public sector

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Logistics or SAP S/4HANA Logistics Consultant
• Strong end-to-end process knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Logistics and SAP S/4HANA Logistics customizing (especially MM and SD)
• Experience in SAP Application Management Services (AMS), including incident handling and support processes, or involvement in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (greenfield and/or brownfield)
• Experience managing SAP MM/SD workstreams or subprojects independently
• Good understanding of business processes in logistics, procurement, and sales
• English at B2 level or higher
• German at B2 level or communicative level with a willingness to further develop language skills
• Willingness to build expertise in German legal, tax, and regulatory requirements relevant to SAP logistics processes

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of ITIL processes and their application within Application Management Services, ideally with ServiceNow
• Knowledge in using artificial intelligence tools like MS Copilot, ChatGPT enterprise
• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Design Thinking
• Familiarity with DevOps and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Experience supporting customers in the healthcare sector and medium-sized enterprises
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Logistics migration projects, including data migration tools such as SAP LSMW and SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit
• Project management experience in SAP logistics environments would be an advantage
