Job summary

T Hub Poland, a division of Deutsche Telekom Group, seeks an SAP ABAP developer with a focus on SAP HCM to join our architecture and implementation consulting team. You will map cloud-based HCM processes, analyze requirements, prepare quotes, and design modern SAP architectures for healthcare, SMEs, and the public sector.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of ABAP SAP HCM experience, a degree in business or informatics, and willingness to learn German regulatory requirements.

• ABAP development with SAP HCM focus.
• Studies in business administration or business informatics or comparable training.
• Integrative system understanding and knowledge in SAP HCM processes and H4S4.

Responsibilities

• Advising customers on mapping cloud-based HCM processes and creating target/actual concepts.
• Requirements analyses, feasibility analyses, quotation calculation and presentation to customers.
• Development, conception and design of modern architectural solutions for SAP environments.

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

SAP developer: minimum 5 years of professional experience as an ABAP developer with a focus on SAP HCM

Completed studies in business administration, business informatics or comparable training

Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in the development of relevant processes in SAP HCM andH4S4

Experience with Adobe Forms development and customization

Experience with workflow design and implementation

Experience in SAP application management as a developer or experience inH4S4 implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield)

German nice to have

Willingness to familiarize yourself intensively with German legal requirements and framework conditions

Technical meetings with the Hiring Manager and/or team members.

We will invite you to one or two project meetings to confirm that we have a ‘perfect match'. The meetings may last between 30 minutes and 90 minutes, during which time we will talk to you about mutual expectations and the vision for our collaboration. You will also most likely meet your future supervisor and your teammate during this time.

At this stage, we will have decided that you are the person we want to develop our projects with. We will then come back to you with an offer of collaboration, hoping for your "yes".
