Job summary

MagentaTeam is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with German to advise enterprise and public sector clients on transforming HR processes. You will design future-proof HR target architectures across hybrid SAP and cloud environments and guide migrations from SAP ERP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors.

You will lead architecture workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and act as trusted advisor across the SAP SuccessFactors suite.

T Hub - SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect with German

• Location: Remote with approx. once per quarter presence in HQ
• Advise enterprise and public sector clients on the digital transformation of HR processes with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
• Design and develop future-proof HR target architectures across hybrid SAP and cloud environments.
• Support the transformation of existing SAP ERP HCM landscapes towards SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, sustainable solution architectures.
• Lead architecture workshops and solution design sessions with business and IT stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor across the SAP SuccessFactors Suite and its interconnected modules.
• Design integrated end-to-end HR solutions involving SAP and third-party systems.
• Evaluate and define integration approaches using SAP BTP, middleware platforms, APIs, and modern cloud technologies.
• Advise on Identity & Access Management concepts using technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID and Okta.

Project Delivery & Solution Ownership

• Support SAP SuccessFactors projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from planning and design to go-live and hypercare.
• Contribute to proposal development, presales activities, and customer presentations.
• Present solution concepts, architecture blueprints, and system demonstrations to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated and innovative HR solutions.
• Support technical decision-making processes within complex project environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in SAP SuccessFactors, cloud HR technologies, and identity platforms.
• Contribute to the development of architecture standards, best practices, and consulting methodologies.

WHAT SKILLS WILL BE APPRECIATED?

Must-Have Qualifications

• Several years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Broad expertise across the SAP SuccessFactors Suite and a strong understanding of module interdependencies.
• Proven experience designing complex HR system and enterprise architectures.
• Strong background in integrating SAP SuccessFactors with SAP and third-party solutions.
• Solid knowledge of modern cloud architectures and integration concepts.
• Experience working with SAP BTP, APIs, middleware technologies, or comparable integration platforms.
• Excellent understanding of architecture principles, system landscapes, and platform design.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience facilitating customer workshops, architecture discussions, and advisory engagements.
• Fluent German and very good English communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience with SAP ERP HCM and/or SAP HCM for S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.
• Experience with SAP Work Zone.
• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, or similar Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Experience in public sector projects or large enterprise environments.
• Background in HR transformation and cloud migration programs.
• Experience working within hybrid HR landscapes.
• Knowledge of cloud security and identity concepts.
• Experience supporting presales activities and proposal processes.
• SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP BTP certifications.
