Job summary

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is seeking a Junior Transaction Processing Analyst to create customer/intercompany invoices, credit/debit notes, and manage BoCo processes. You will reconcile accounts, maintain documentation, and support month-end close while ensuring data quality and timely inquiries resolution.

The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, AR experience in an international company, fluent English, and strong Excel/SAP skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics or related field.
• AR experience in an international organisation.
• Basic MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
• Strong communication, independence and deadline orientation.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of other O2C processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create customer/intercompany/proforma invoices and related documents.
• Provide invoices to customers and manage rebates/commissions.
• Reconcile AR accounts and participate in BSAR meetings.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and audits.
• Ensure documentation quality and resolve inquiries promptly.

Tate & Lyle Global Shared Services Centre in Łódź is the principal location for handling the business support activities and processes for Tate & Lyle, both transactional as well as value-added business partnering support. Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT

ROLE PURPOSE

Junior Transaction Processing Analyst - Analyst aims to create customer/intercompany/proforma/various/recharge invoices, credit/debit notes, cancellation, manage BoCo process, reconcile accounts, maintain proper documentation and address the inquiries accurately and efficiently.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Creation of customer/intercompany/proforma/various/recharge invoices, credit/debit notes, cancellation
• Providing invoices for customers
• Managing rebate settlement with 3rd party customers and commission settlement with sales agents
• Month-end and year-end closing process and reporting
• AR accounts reconciliation
• Participation in quarterly BSAR meetings
• Ensuring the quality of supporting documentation
• Query resolution within function
• Participation in internal and external audit

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree/diploma in Finance and Accounting, Economy, or a related field
• AR experience gained in an international organisation
• Basic skills on MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Fluent English in speaking and writing
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proactive mindset and a problem-solving approach
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of other O2C processes would be an advantage
