Astek is looking for a System Validation Engineer for an automotive client. The role is on-site in Tychy, Poland, focusing on validating products through mechanical, durability, fatigue, vibration, and environmental tests and documenting results.

You will work with MTS testing systems and CAN tools (Vector CANoe/CANape), perform analysis, and support root-cause investigations to improve quality. English communication is required, and collaboration with cross-functional teams is expected.

Position

We are currently looking for a candidate for the position of System Validation Engineer for our client from the Automotive industry.

Offered salary

Salary: from 80 to 110 PLN net/h, depending on experience and competences.

You’re ideal for this role if you:

• Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Have at least 2 years of experience in product validation, testing, R&D, or a similar engineering role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Have hands-on experience with mechanical, durability, fatigue, vibration, environmental, or functional testing.
• Understand validation processes, test specifications, test planning, and technical reporting.
• Can analyze test results, identify potential issues, and support root cause analysis.
• Are comfortable working with technical drawings and engineering documentation.
• Have knowledge of automotive quality standards and processes, such as IATF 16949.
• Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• Are comfortable working primarily on-site in Tychy, Poland.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Electric Power Steering (EPS) systems or automotive steering components.
• Familiarity with MTS testing systems.
• Knowledge of Vector CANoe, CANape, or CAN communication.
• Basic understanding of GD&T and Measurement System Analysis (MSA).
