Job summary

Vaillant Group in Katowice, Poland, is seeking a System Process Owner to shape and continuously improve business-critical systems and processes across our international organization.

You will work at the intersection of business and technology, collaborating with stakeholders to design sustainable solutions, drive innovation, and ensure operational excellence. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on process optimization and impact across the Vaillant Group.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of professional experience in process management, system ownership, business applications, project management, or related disciplines.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills; translate business needs into practical system solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise applications, process optimization methodologies, system integrations, ERP environments, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end system processes and ensure business requirements translate into scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to analyze processes and drive continuous improvements with measurable value.
  • Define system requirements, create functional concepts, and align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between systems.
  • Support implementation projects, system enhancements, and change initiatives while ensuring high quality and user experience.
  • Govern governance and monitor performance to strengthen operational efficiency and transparency.

  • By coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, you ensure seamless integration between systems, maintain process consistency, and support sustainable system landscapes.
  • You support implementation projects, system enhancements, and change initiatives while ensuring high quality standards and a positive user experience.
