Job summary

Vaillant Group in Katowice seeks a System Process Owner to shape and improve critical systems and processes for our international organization. You will bridge business needs with technology to design sustainable solutions and drive operational excellence.

You will own end-to-end processes, analyze improvements, define requirements, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and high-quality user experiences.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or Business Informatics.
• Several years of professional experience in process management, system ownership, project management, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end system processes and translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Analyze existing processes and drive continuous improvements delivering measurable value.
• Define system requirements and align technical solutions with business priorities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless system integrations and consistent processes.

• Qualification: You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Experience: You have gained several years of professional experience in process management, system ownership, business applications, project management, or related disciplines.

• Nice to have: Experience with enterprise applications, process optimization methodologies, system integrations, ERP environments, or digital transformation initiatives is considered an advantage.
