Job summary

Jit Team is hiring for a data transformation initiative with a leading Nordic financial institution. You will join a cross-functional team delivering Data Products that enable data-driven decision making using modern Big Data technologies.

The role blends business analysis, data analysis and stakeholder collaboration to translate complex needs into scalable solutions. You will work in a hybrid setup from Poland with 2-3 office days across Gdynia, Gdańsk or Warszawa, and daily English

Qualifications

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience working with complex business and technical requirements.
• Hands-on experience in data analysis, data quality, data governance and data hygiene activities.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of features, tasks and user stories, and drive them to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience collaborating with business users and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Understanding of Big Data ecosystems and modern data platforms.
• Familiarity with Machine Learning concepts and CI/CD practices.
• Banking or financial services domain knowledge will be considered a strong advantage.
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies and ask the right questions to drive solution development.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality data solutions.
• Work closely with Data Products and contribute to building common capabilities within the data ecosystem.
• Gather, analyze and translate complex business requirements into actionable features and user stories.
• Design and shape advanced solutions in the areas of data, analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand business needs and expected outcomes.
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units.
• Ensure data quality, data consistency and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Work as an integral part of a cross-functional Agile team, taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables.
