Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years as System Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar in software development.
• Experience in travel technology (OTAs, airlines, GDSs, travel platforms).
• Experience gathering and documenting business and system requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations.
• English proficiency (B2+) for international environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate into clear functional and system requirements.
• Prepare user stories, specs, acceptance criteria, and documentation.
• Design solutions with Product Leaders and Engineering, balancing business needs with tech constraints.
• Analyze existing systems and identify improvements.
• Investigate production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with developers and QA throughout the SDLC to ensure correct implementation.
• Work with internal teams and external partners on system integrations and data flows.
• Support backlog refinement, effort estimation, release planning, and risk identification.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, compliance, and quality standards.
• Improve analysis practices and product development processes.
