Transition Technologies PSC in Łódź, Poland seeks a System Analyst to translate business requirements into precise technical designs, including database structures, interfaces, and security considerations. You will document requirements, sample messages, and system specifications while collaborating with developers and testers through the SDLC.

Experience with UML/BPMN, JIRA/Confluence, and Enterprise Architect is valued, along with strong Polish communication skills (C1).

Qualificações

• Proven experience in system analysis with completed projects.
• Experience in identifying and managing user requirements and preparing system specifications.
• Good knowledge of UML and BPMN notations.
• Ability to use tools used by the Client, including JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work with Enterprise Architect at a level enabling efficient and independent use of the tool.
• Knowledge of SQL.
• Polish language proficiency enabling fluent verbal and written communication (at least C1).
• Experience working with large-scale systems.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing a detailed system analysis of the service, including database design, validations, interfaces, methods, error messages, security, and logging scope.
• Developing technical specifications for access interfaces for external systems (XSD schemas, validations, correctness rules).
• Describing technical requirements for external systems to use the interfaces.
• Defining service methods, scope of returned data, and minimum parameters.
• Preparing sample request and response messages for all interfaces.
• Creating IT system requirements specifications.
• Maintaining and updating the repository of analytical documentation for systems.
• Proposing and consulting system solutions with stakeholders and implementation teams.
• Supporting developers and testers throughout the SDLC and during maintenance.
• Matching responsibilities and seniority to candidate skills and opportunities.
