Citi is seeking an SVP to lead Payments OPS Transformation, driving AI adoption, process improvements, and cost efficiencies across global operations. You will work with product, reconciliation, client service, traders, technology, and developers to implement the Target Operating Model and scalable AI-enabled solutions.

You will shape the strategy, manage governance, and lead a global team to deliver operational excellence, risk reduction, and enhanced client experience.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in operational processes for payments.
• Deep knowledge of cross-border payment processing, ISO 20022, SWIFT, ACH and settlement.
• Thought leadership in AI adoption within financial operations.
• Senior stakeholder management and influence on roadmaps.

• Define AI strategy for Ops UI and enterprise workflow improvements.
• Drive efficiency through AI-enabled automation and governance frameworks.
• Engage senior stakeholders to align product and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate across functions to scale best practices and TOM alignment.
• Oversee governance forums and report progress to executives.
• Analyze operations data to quantify savings and impact.
