Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking a SVP-level leader to transform Payments OPS through AI adoption, UI modernization, and process optimization. The role focuses on strategic direction, governance, and cross-LOB collaboration to reduce costs and improve client experience.

You will engage senior stakeholders, drive TOM-aligned initiatives, and lead data-driven analysis to deliver measurable operational improvements in a global financial services context.

Qualifications

• Multi-years experience in operational processes related to domestic and cross border payments.
• Deep domain expertise in cross border payment processing, SWIFT standards, ISO 20022 XML messages, ACH processing, clearing and settlement, Nostro reconciliation, AML, sanctions screening, PSD2, Travel Rule.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Define AI & UI strategy for Ops UI adoption across Services Ops.
• Drive AI-driven efficiency and automation of workflows and decisions.
• Engage senior Product and Technology stakeholders to align on AI vision.
• Collaborate across LOBs to scale best practices and innovations.
• Organize governance forums to report progress and secure executive sponsorship.
• Lead data integration with Services Operations to gain performance insights.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs through process optimization and tech adoption.
• Define operational requirements for new features ensuring scalability and supportability.
• Develop metrics to quantify savings and report to executives.
• Oversee test case validation and PVT scenario definitions.
• Lead launch readiness and post-launch support plans.
