Job summary

7815-Johnson & Johnson Poland Sp. z o.o. Legal Entity is searching for a Territory Manager Endo & Energy in Łódź. This role focuses on delivering surgical technologies to healthcare professionals and involves a daily presence in the operating theatre.

The ideal candidate will establish relationships with key opinion leaders, manage account performance, and facilitate events. A Master's degree and three years of experience in medical sales are required, alongside strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3 years of successful experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical promotion.
• Flexible, eager to learn, highly motivated, hands-on and stress resistant.
• Strong passion to improve patient lives and make things happen.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons, and nurses.
• Collaborate with J&J internal resources to meet account performance objectives.
• Take full ownership of the territory and assigned accounts.
• Facilitate congresses and user meetings to improve understanding of our offer.
• Manage contracting, pricing, and tendering processes.
