Job summary

Penumbrainc in East Poland seeks a Territory Manager – Peripheral to drive sales growth across Poland by managing existing accounts and securing new opportunities in peripheral vascular and endovascular therapies. You will work directly in OR/cathlab environments, supporting physicians during procedures.

The role covers Warsaw, Lublin, Białystok, and Kielce, requiring travel and deep interventional product expertise to deliver clinical value and training.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in peripheral vascular / endovascular sales with cath lab / OR exposure.
• Background in interventional cardiology, radiology, or vascular surgery.
• Hands-on cath lab / OR procedural experience is preferred.
• Understanding of endovascular treatment pathways (PV interventions, access, closure, embolization, stenting).
• Ability to build trusted relationships with interventional physicians and OR teams.
• High learning agility and clinical curiosity in evolving therapies.
• Fluent in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships in peripheral vascular and endovascular interventions with procedural support.
• Identify and execute territory growth opportunities across hospitals and centers.
• Support physicians during endovascular procedures with product knowledge and guidance.
• Deliver hands-on product training for interventional use.
• Serve as main contact for all PVI inquiries.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with internal teams for availability.
• Document territory activities in the CRM and provide updates.
• Attend industry events and workshops focused on endovascular therapies.
