Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates in Warsaw is seeking a Learning Curriculum Manager to lead the Supply learning portfolio. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, learning teams, facilitators, and external vendors to optimize programs and ensure alignment with capability needs.

Responsibilities include driving performance, defining KPIs, managing LMS content, and coordinating cross-functional delivery while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in program, curriculum, or portfolio management within learning.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and levels.
• Excellent communication with internal and external partners.
• Data-driven approach to decision making and improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and continuous improvement of the Supply learning portfolio.
• Define and monitor portfolio KPIs, delivering data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Mars U teams, stakeholders and vendors for deployment.
• Own content in the LMS, ensuring proper setup and maintenance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for learning program delivery.
