Job summary

Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in the CEE cluster to oversee warehouse and transport operations, ensuring quality and timely service.

The role requires collaboration with sales, planning and customer service to improve service quality, and involves tender preparation and implementation of TQM procedures across the network. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Higher education in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field.
• Computer literacy with strong MS Office skills.
• Good command of English.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced knowledge of WMS/Navision systems.
• SAP S/4Hana knowledge is a plus.
• Strong Excel, PowerBI, Power Automate and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the quality of warehouse and transportation operations.
• Report and analyze KPIs of logistics operators (shipments, order accuracy, inventory turnover).
• Support settlements of logistics services and analyze monthly dispatch and pallet reports.
• Monitor service quality and costs in collaboration with suppliers.
• Manage logistics projects and implement improvements with 3PLs.
• Analyze damage data and reduce impact on costs.
• Ensure pallet flow, balances with customers, and settle pallet invoices.
• Plan packaging material requirements and coordinate purchases.
