Job summary

Mars Global Service in Warsaw is seeking a Learning Curriculum Manager to lead Mars University’s learning portfolio for the Supply function. You will partner with business stakeholders, learning teams, facilitators, and external vendors to ensure programs are aligned with capability needs, delivered effectively, and continuously improved.

You will drive portfolio performance, manage demand planning, and oversee facilitator resources while leveraging data to optimize learner impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in program, curriculum, or portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data-driven decision making and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance and continuous improvement of the Supply learning portfolio.
• Define and monitor portfolio KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Mars U teams, stakeholders, and external vendors for deployment.
• Serve as LMS content owner ensuring accurate program setup and maintenance.
