Job summary

Mars Global Service in Warsaw is seeking a Learning Curriculum Manager to lead the Sales & Marketing learning portfolio. You will partner with business stakeholders, learning teams, facilitators, and vendors to ensure programs align with capability needs and deliver impact.

You will own LMS content, drive portfolio performance, and collaborate across Mars U teams to optimize learning delivery. This role requires strong data-driven decision making, fluent English, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Learning & Development, or related field.
• 3+ years in program, curriculum, or portfolio management.
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Drive performance and continuous improvement of the Sales & Marketing learning portfolio.
• Define, monitor, and communicate portfolio KPIs; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with Mars U teams and external vendors for deployment and sustainability.
• Serve as the content owner in the Learning Management System (LMS); ensure accurate program setup and maintenance.
• Build partnerships with stakeholders across Colleges, Segments, COEs, and MGS teams.
• Ensure alignment between learning priorities and business capability needs through proactive engagement.
• Foster customer confidence through effective relationship management and issue resolution.
• Lead annual demand planning for the Sales & Marketing learning portfolio; align with priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver learning programs; manage cohorts, communications, and learner engagement.
• Drive stakeholder engagement cadences across teams to support portfolio delivery.
• Use portfolio data and feedback to anticipate shifts and enhance learner experience.
• Manage facilitator resources to ensure high-quality delivery; coordinate with sponsors and leaders.
• Support facilitator communities and act as main contact for feedback and improvements.
