• Bachelor's degree in HR, Learning & Development, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in program, curriculum, or portfolio management, ideally within Learning & Development.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Drive the performance, effectiveness, and continuous improvement of the Supply learning portfolio.
• Define, monitor, and communicate key portfolio performance indicators and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance learning impact.
• Partner with Mars U teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure successful deployment and sustainability of learning solutions.
• Serve as the content owner within the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate program setup and maintenance.
