Job summary

ABRIS Design Group in Poznań seeks a Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing and supply chain activities for drone components. You will build a global supplier base, negotiate prices and terms, and ensure uninterrupted supply.

The role requires 2–3 years in procurement or logistics, fluency in Polish and English, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work across Production, R&D, Quality, and Finance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, logistics, or closely related supply chain roles.
• Experience with international procurement and supplier collaboration.
• Polish and English language skills at least B1/B2.

Responsibilities

• Support procurement processes for components and materials used in drone manufacturing.
• Develop a global supplier base and negotiate prices and terms.
• Maintain supplier relationships and monitor markets and trends.
• Ensure timely orders and continuity of supply; manage day-to-day supply risks.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, Quality, and Finance teams.

• Support procurement processes for components and materials used in drone manufacturing.

• Negotiating prices and commercial terms with suppliers.
• Maintaining business relationships with partners worldwide.
• Monitoring supplier markets and technology trends, and identifying new sourcing opportunities.
• Ensuring timely order fulfillment and continuity of supply.
• Collaborating with Production, R&D, Quality, and Finance departments.
• Resolving day-to-day supply-related issues and managing risks within the supply chain.
• Maintain up-to-date warehouse operations.
• Active involvement in process optimization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist, Strategic Buyer, Logistics, Warehousing or in close to Supply Chain direction roles.
• Experience in international procurement and cooperation with components suppliers.
• Good command of Polish and English (minimum B1/B2 level).
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with procurement, logisitcs and warehouse data.
• Self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in the technology, electronics, aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing industries will be considered an advantage.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel, both domestically and internationally.

Additional Advantage

Experience in sourcing components, PCBs, communication systems, batteries, sensors, or other components used in UAV (drone) manufacturing.
