Job summary

Chemelex seeks a strategic sourcing professional to support supplier management for its Dzierżoniów plant in Poland and Leuven DC. You will collaborate with Integrated Supply Chain, Product Managers, and Sales to oversee negotiations, contracts, and ERP data accuracy.

The role requires 3–5 years in procurement, familiarity with electrical components, and strong English/Polish language skills. SAP and Ivalua experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in procurement.
• Electrical engineering degree is a plus; familiarity with electrical components preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Polish, written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Office 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of SAP is strongly desired; knowledge of Ivalua is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in manage price negotiations and contract management for assigned suppliers.
• Cooperate with SIOP team for demand analyses and forecast preparations.
• Support SIOP process for Panel Shop Planning and Leuven DC.
• Analyses of new price listings.
• Maintain ERP data in Ivalua of new and current suppliers.
• Back-up for weekly meetings with Supply Managers, Product Managers, Material Planning.
• Indirect sourcing – support Indirect Sourcing Manager.
• Involvement with Technical, Product Marketing, Approvals, QA, as required.
