Job summary

ZF Group in Częstochowa is seeking a Supply Chain Solutions Developer to design, implement, and maintain digital solutions for data-driven decision making. You will collaborate with SCM teams, IT, and business users to deliver dashboards and automation initiatives.

The role requires a strong data background, 5 years of experience, and proficiency in SQL, C#, React/Angular, with a hybrid work model and international collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or comparable qualification.
• 5 years in a data-focused development environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL (with stored procedures), C# WebApi, and React/Angular UI libraries.
• Very good English language skills.
• Nice-to-have: Blazor, Python (Pandas/Streamlit), ML, Power BI/Automate/SharePoint/PowerApps, SAP ERP for logistics.

Responsibilities

About the Team:

This position is part of ZF’s ADAS & HPC business, which is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation within the advanced automotive technology space. The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.

The Supply Chain Solutions Developer is a technical role supporting the digital transformation of the divisional Supply Chain team. You will design, implement, and maintain solutions that improve decision‑making, reporting, and data standardization, while coordinating with SCM teams, technical experts, and business users. You will also act as a key contact for data analysis, quality, and data flow management.

Your profile as Supply Chain Solutions Developer (f/m/d):

• Education: degree in engineering sciences or comparable.
• Experience: 5 years in a development environment focused on data.
• Skilled in: Microsoft SQL (including stored procedures), C# WebApi, Website UI: React (or angular) libraries,
• Very good English.
• Nice to have: C# Blazor, Python (Pandas, Streamlit), Machine Learning, Power Bi, Power Automate, Sharepoint, PowerApps, experience with SAP ERP system (SAP) for logistics processes, understanding of Supply Chain topics and manufacturing domains.
