Job summary

ZF Group in Poland is seeking an ADAS Hardware Engineer to contribute to ECU hardware for automated driving systems.

You will develop schematics, support PCB layout, and design analog/digital circuits for high-performance computing, with documentation per automotive requirements and prototype testing. English communication required; collaboration in an international environment.

The role offers a hybrid work model with professional growth opportunities in the ADAS/HPC space.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics.
• Experience with debugging circuits and using lab tools (oscilloscopes, signal generators, analyzers).
• Familiarity with LTspice or Simetrix is a plus.
• English proficiency in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop schematics and support PCB layout creation.

• Prepare and maintain documentation per automotive requirements.
• Perform evaluation tests on prototypes and verify the design against requirements.

What you can look forward to as an ADAS Hardware Engineer (f/m/d):

You will be responsible for the electronic design of part of ECU for automated driving systems, which means:

• Development of the schematics and support of PCB Layout creation,
• Development of analog / digital design for High-Performance Computing.
• Preparation and maintenance of documentation in compliance with automotive engineering requirements
• Perform evaluation tests on prototypes and test the design against requirements,
• Analysis of customer requirements and derive appropriate hardware solutions,
• Preparation of safety analysis (WCCA) and release reports.

Your profile as a ADAS Hardware Engineer (f/m/d):

• Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related,
• Good understanding of analog, digital and mixed-signal electronics designs,
• Experience in troubleshooting and debugging electronic circuits,
• Experience in using common lab tools including oscilloscopes, signal generators, network analyzers,
• Experience with circuit simulation tools (LT Spice, Simetrix),
• English language competency - both oral and written,
• Nice to have: Background in the Automotive, experience in embedded software development, knowledge of the PCB design process, understanding of power supply design.
