Job summary

ZF Group in Poland is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support ADAS & HPC supply chains. The role focuses on shortage identification, reporting, and material allocation across multiple customers, with responsibilities that include supplier tracking, plant usage, and exception management.

Ideal candidates have a four-year background in production or procurement, SAP experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of four years of experience in production/supplier planning and purchasing/supply chain management.
• Automotive industry experience.
• APICS certification is a plus.
• Experience using SAP.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential shortages and create reports.
• Compile supplier commitment/shipment updates within tracker.
• Calculate plant usage and customer run-out dates.
• Lead customer meetings related to material shortages and allocate material for various customers.
• Escalate shortages and mitigate risk of supply chain constraints; analyze supplier capacity.
• Prepare Power BI reports and create IT tools in Power Apps.
• Address carrier delivery issues for inbound/outbound material.
• Expedite material shortages and provide purchasing support.
• Ensure balance of stock on-hand between plants during shortages.
• Initiate ECR for alternate materials and look for alternate sources from brokers/distribution.
