Qualifications

• Experience governing Operational KPI data across multiple markets or business units.
• Knowledge of enterprise data foundations, data cataloguing, metadata management, and governed analytical data layers.
• Experience with data quality dashboards, stewardship workflows, and remediation playbooks.
• Understanding cross-functional dependencies across Customer, Material, Pricing, Logistics, Inventory, Delivery, and Invoice data for Order Management.
• Experience supporting large transformation programs or enterprise reporting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own data stewardship for Order Management data and KPI data to support reporting and performance management.
• Ensure alignment to Global Data Governance policies, standards, definitions, and processes.
• Lead data discovery, source identification, metadata capture, cataloguing and business definition activities for in-scope datasets and KPIs.
• Define, document and maintain data quality rules from source systems through downstream layers.
• Monitor data quality performance and orchestrate remediation plans to fix issues.
• Partner with SMEs, process owners, system owners, data owners, DMO, and engineering to resolve defects via system changes or process updates.
