Job summary

Sandoz Polska in Warsaw is seeking a Supply Planning professional to manage product replenishment, forecast and inventory planning using SAP. You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth product launches, while identifying risks and optimizing capital efficiency.

The role is hybrid with a monthly gross salary range of 7,400–13,733 PLN and a 10% annual performance bonus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (supply chain modules).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with data interpretation.
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor product availability and on-time delivery performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external suppliers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery execution.
  • Coordinate and verify product materials (artworks) related to product launches and lifecycle changes.
  • Identify and resolve issues impacting supply continuity and product availability.
  • Inventory Management and Forecasting.
  • Monitor inventory levels and optimize stock management.
  • Prepare and maintain demand forecasts.
  • Analyze KPIs related to product availability and inventory levels.
  • Identify risks related to excess or insufficient inventory and propose corrective actions.
  • Support initiatives to improve working capital efficiency.
  • Participate in Supply Chain process development and optimization projects.
  • Support SAP-related system implementations and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with local and global teams to deliver business initiatives.

Our Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, demand planning, inventory management, or Supply Chain.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (supply chain modules).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and work with data.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Compensation Structure & Criteria

Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.
