Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a Finance Analyst to join the E2E Supply Chain Finance team. You will deliver analyses, reports, and forecasts to support business decisions, identify risks and opportunities, and help improve finance processes and performance.

Ideal candidates have a solid Finance background, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex data to non-finance stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with growth opportunities in a global tech leader.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and reporting tools knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets.
• Ability to explain complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc financial analyses for E2E Supply Chain Finance.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities across Supply Chain Finance.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate financial data across Europe.
• Monitor performance vs forecast and provide insights.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management commentary.

Your role

Join our E2E Supply Chain Finance team and help drive financial visibility across logistics, airfreight, write-off costs, and working capital. In this role, you will deliver insightful analysis, reporting, and forecasts that support business decision-making, identify opportunities and risks, and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and performance.

Your tasks

• Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc financial analyses within the E2E Supply Chain area.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities across Supply Chain Finance.
• Collect, consolidate, and validate financial data from multiple stakeholders across Europe.
• Monitor actual performance versus forecast and provide meaningful business insights.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and management commentary.
• Support cost estimations and financial assessments for new projects and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for process, planning, and reporting improvements.
• Participate in finance and cross-functional projects supporting business growth and efficiency.

Your profile

• Experience in Finance, Controlling, Financial Analysis, Supply Chain Finance, or a similar role.
• Good understanding of Supply Chain, Logistics, or related business processes.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large and complex data sets.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and confidence working with reporting tools.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and continuous improvement.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
