Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking a senior business analytics consultant to lead data-driven solutions that merge analytics, data mining, and visualization within enterprise transformation programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, map processes, design solutions, and guide delivery across workstreams, mentoring teammates while ensuring high-quality documentation and measurable business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business analytics or data consulting roles, ideally in consulting environments.
• Strong background in ERP, finance, and accounting systems, plus workflow and reporting solutions.
• Ability to gather requirements, map processes, support solution design, and coordinate delivery activities.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and engage senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable solutions.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced problem-solving and critical thinking capabilities.
• Strong capability to manage full project lifecycle, including scope, timelines, budget, risks, and governance.
• Very good in English; additional language skills an advantage.

• Ensure high-quality documentation standards, including business requirements, functional designs, and solution architecture.
• Take ownership of project delivery, managing risks, budgets, timelines, and quality across multiple workstreams.
• Drive end-to-end process optimization initiatives, ensuring measurable customer and business value.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability building and knowledge sharing within the team.

Your role
