Job summary

Capgemini Polska seeks a Business Analyst to join its BTS team. You will collaborate with clients to understand needs, define requirements as user stories, and bridge business objectives with IT solutions. You’ll work in an international, distributed team with agile practices and a hybrid work model.

Ideal candidates have proven IT project analysis experience, strong communication, and a proactive mindset. German (B2+) and English (B1+) are welcome assets.

About the Business & Technology Solutions (BTS) department

Your projectBusiness & Technology Solutions (BTS) department is a team of business analysts, IT architects and project managers, who support our clients in designing, planning, and conducting digital transformations in their business. We create a bridge between business objectives and the world of IT solutions that can help to achieve them. We’re striving to understand client’s business, current and future challenges, as well as their IT environment. We then propose, design, plan and help to implement new technological solutions or changes in the current IT landscape to improve or transform relevant business processes. We often define requirements for new IT projects that are later implemented by other Capgemini units or external partners.

Your tasks

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Define business requirements in a systematic form of user stories.
• Take responsibility for the business side of implemented functionalities.
• Lead and facilitate meetings and ongoing communication with clients.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

Your profile

• You have proven experience in business analysis within IT projects.
• You have experience in requirements analysis.
• You have analytical and problem‑solving skills, supported by logical thinking.
• You have experience working with internal and/or external clients.
• You have good communication and demonstrate flexibility in collaboration.
• You have a good understanding of agile software development methodologies.
• You are able to work effectively in an international, distributed team.
• You have a good command of German (B2+) and English (B1+).
• You are highly responsible and well organized.
• You are proactive and eager to learn and grow.
