Capgemini Kraków is seeking an Order Management Senior Specialist to ensure seamless Order-to-Cash execution. You will link customers with internal teams, manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and resolve operational issues to uphold top-tier service standards.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production and Finance, ensuring timely fulfillment and accurate documentation while supporting continuous process improvements. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in Order Management, Customer Service, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/CRM systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders from entry to invoicing in the Order-to-Cash cycle.
• Be the primary contact for customers and internal stakeholders on order matters.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production and Finance for on-time fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, back orders and requirements.
• Prepare and verify commercial, shipping and export documentation.
• Support inventory and receivables management activities.

Your role

As an Order Management Senior Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process. Acting as the link between customers and internal teams, you will manage orders, coordinate deliveries, resolve operational issues, and contribute to delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining high service standards.

Your tasks

• Manage customer orders throughout the entire Order-to-Cash cycle, from order entry to invoicing.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders regarding order-related matters.
• Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status, delivery schedules, back orders, and customer-specific requirements.
• Prepare, verify, and maintain commercial, shipping, and export documentation.
• Support inventory and receivables management activities to ensure smooth operational performance.
• Resolve order, delivery, and customer service issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your profile

• Min. 2 years of experience in Order Management, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or Order-to-Cash operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP and/or other ERP/CRM systems.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of commercial processes, customer service operations, and international trade principles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English and Italian language skills.
