Digisourced Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant to support a large-scale international SuccessFactors programme.

You will lead hands-on configuration, EC data structures and EC integrations while collaborating with global stakeholders in a multi-country deployment.

Requirements include 4+ years EC experience, proven implementation track record, strong English, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors EC experience.
• Proven EC implementations and configuration.
• Strong EC business processes, workflows and data management.
• Experience in international SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment and post-go-live activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of strong, hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, particularly Employee Central.
• Proven experience delivering EC implementations and configuration.
• Strong understanding of EC business processes, workflows and data management.
• Experience working in international SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Strong communication skills and professional English.
