Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to lead integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central in a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment. You will review, coordinate, and implement interface changes while advising HR departments on requirements and feasible solutions.

Responsibilities include coordinating external providers, managing change requests, and supporting end-to-end data flow across SAP HCM and SF EC.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM with PA/OM, Payroll, and Time Management.
• Extensive knowledge of integrating SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central (read/write).
• Strong analytical skills for complex integration requirements and data integrity.
• Basic ABAP knowledge to support cooperation with development teams.
• Excellent English communication and proactive, independent work style.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and evaluate change requests for SAP HCM → SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT).
• Manage and implement interface adjustments using existing integration technologies (BIB, BADLe, ALE, file interfaces).
• Troubleshoot end-to-end data flow issues between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Provide expert advice and work with HR units to define requirements and design solutions.
• Coordinate external service providers involved in interface implementation and maintenance.
• Participate in demand management processes including effort estimation and resource planning.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant with extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and extensive experience in managing and developing integration between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central. The main purpose of this position is to review, coordinate, and implement interface changes, as well as provide expert advice and support to HR departments within a hybrid SAP HCM – SuccessFactors environment. Your tasks

• Analyzing and evaluating of change requests concerning SAP HCM → SuccessFactors interfaces (PA/OM, PY/PT)
• Managing and implementing interface adjustments using existing integration technologies, e.g., BIB framework, BADLe, ALE, file interfaces
• Troubleshooting end-to-end data flow issues between SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central
• Providing expert advice and working closely with HR business units to define requirements and design solutions in a hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors environment
• Coordinating and managing external service providers involved in the implementation and maintenance of interfaces
• Participating in demand management processes, including effort estimation, prioritization, and resource planning

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in SAP HCM, preferably with solid knowledge of PA, OM, Payroll, and Time Management
• Extensive knowledge of technical and functional integration of SAP HCM with SuccessFactors Employee Central (both read and write scenarios).
• Strong analytical skills in assessing complex integration requirements and issues related to data integrity and stability
• Basic knowledge of ABAP is welcome as support for cooperation with development teams
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Independent, organized, and proactive approach to work at the senior consultant level
