Job summary

ZdalnaPraca in Poland is seeking a motivated student to support the founders of an international agency with a team of 10 working in branding, websites, and recruitment. From day one, you’ll be hands-on with real projects and real decisions.

You’ll work fully remotely from anywhere in Poland with flexible hours, under a Contract of Mandate (part-time). Direct cooperation with the founders, real tasks with real impact, and an international client base await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Active student status is required.
• Fluency in English and Polish is required.
• German at a minimum level of B1 is a big advantage.
• Strong work organization and independence are expected.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing operations (coordination, follow-up, organization).
• Prepare materials, presentations and documents.
• Communicate with clients and partners in English.
• Take part in projects across recruitment, branding and sales.
• Take on project tasks tailored to your interests and strengths.

We work with clients from the United States, Europe, and Asia, and our team consists of specialists based in Poland and Germany. From day one, you'll be hands-on with real projects and real decisions.
