Job summary

MasterBorn is seeking an Integration Consultant Intern to support client integrations through APIs, data handling, and documentation. You will communicate with clients in English, review partner docs, and help ensure smooth API interactions while using Git for version control.

The 3-month internship offers real responsibilities, with potential extension. Part-time hours (~6 hours/day) and a flexible work mode, including remote option and Wrocław office availability.

Qualifications

• Ability to read technical docs in English

Responsibilities

• Support integrations between client systems and our products; verify API requests/responses and data with SQL
• Read and work with technical documentation from partners
• Investigate issues: reproduce, narrow down, and summarize findings for the team
• Communicate with clients in English to clarify requirements and updates
• Use Git daily: commits, branches, PRs
• Take ownership, flag blockers early, act on feedback

MasterBorn is a Polish-American software house building custom digital products for clients across Fintech, Sportstech, and Medtech. We're looking for an Integration Consultant Intern to join our team and support the technical side of client integrations - working with APIs, data and documentation, and helping keep communication between our team and our clients clear and reliable.

Key Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Time: approx. 6 hours/day (part-time), for 3 months with possibility of extension for another 3 months
• Work mode: remote or hybrid (Wrocław office available)
• Contract & Compensation: 4300 zł brutto UZL (Prefer a B2B setup? Let's talk!)

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Support integrations between our clients' systems and the products we build - checking API requests and responses, and verifying data with SQL queries
• Read and work with technical documentation, ours and our partners'
• Investigate reported issues: reproduce them, narrow down what's actually broken, and summarize findings clearly for the team
• Communicate directly with clients, in English, to clarify requirements and share updates
• Use Git for day-to-day work: commits, branches, pull requests
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, flag blockers early, and act on feedback
• Basics of programming in any language - TypeScript is a plus, but not a requirement
• Understanding of APIs and HTTP - what a request and response are, GET/POST methods, status codes, JSON format
• Basics of SQL - SELECT, WHERE, JOIN, reading a database schema
• Git at a working level: commit, branch, pull request
• Ability to read technical documentation in English with full understanding
• Proactivity - asks questions, raises blockers, doesn't disappear with a problem for three days
• Attention to detail - spots inconsistencies, checks rather than guesses
• Structured problem-solving - can clearly state what isn't working and what's already been checked
• Written communication - summarizes findings clearly, writes understandable messages
• Openness to feedback - takes it without defensiveness, applies it
• Independence in assigned tasks
• You’re fluent in Polish and English (min. C1 for both - it’s a must)
• You have an active student status
• Hands-on experience with TypeScript or another backend language
• Familiarity with asynchronous communication: webhooks, queues
• Experience in fintech - working at a bank or around one
• Experience leading meetings or workshops, in any context
• Knowledge of Scrum / Agile / Lean Startup - even just theoretical
• Experience creating technical documentation
