Job summary

KMD is seeking a Student Worker to assist with AI tools administration and governance in a hybrid role based in Warsaw. The position supports daily AI tool access, license requests, onboarding, and governance documentation, reporting to an AI Solution Architect / Modern Workplace Manager.

The role emphasizes curiosity about AI, strong organization, and English communication in a Danish-Polish enterprise environment. Flexibility for office presence is expected, with up to 30 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Genuine curiosity about AI and following new AI tools, features, and use cases.
• Structured and reliable work style with attention to documentation.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken (C1/C2).
• Comfortable in an international Danish-Polish environment with English as the main language.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools and keeping lists and docs accurate.
• Interest in responsible AI adoption in a large enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Maintain request and approval flow for Copilot and Claude platform.
• Process license requests and follow up on missing information.
• Prepare onboarding communications for new users.
• Maintain internal FAQs, guidance pages, and governance docs.
• Support Viva Engage communities for Copilot and Claude.
• Collect and categorize user questions from sessions and channels.
• Prepare follow-up posts after training or Ask the Admins sessions.
• Track vendor/admin updates and summarize actions.
• Support reporting on usage, requests, approvals, and open issues.
• Escalate compliance, security, or architecture issues when needed.
