Responsibilities

• Support AI tool adoption, onboarding, governance tracking.
• Maintain licenses, access requests, and onboarding communications.
• Assist with Viva Engage communities and training follow-ups.
• Update FAQs, guidance pages, and governance documentation.
• Help collect and categorize user questions from sessions.
