Job summary

MegaGroup Trade Holding is a network of technical wholesalers delivering water solutions in Europe. We invite a part‑time Working Student AI role in Poland with hybrid options to learn how AI can improve real business processes across teams.

You will explore AI opportunities, turn questions into use cases and prototypes with guidance from colleagues, and gain experience in responsible AI within an international setting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics or related field.
• Familiar with AI fundamentals and interested in generative AI, LLMs and practical AI applications.
• Experience with Python and data tools such as pandas, SQL, notebooks or visualization tools is a strong advantage.
• Curious about structuring business questions, testing assumptions and assessing AI solutions in practice.
• Interested in understanding business processes and exploring realistic AI solution directions.
• Curious, proactive and analytical mindset; willing to experiment, learn quickly and work iteratively.
• Able to explain technical topics clearly to non‑technical colleagues.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or Polish language skills are a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Work on practical AI, data and automation projects rooted in real business needs.
• Map business processes before exploring AI solutions with guidance from colleagues.
• Collaborate across departments, countries and cultures to identify value opportunities.
• Translate business questions into data‑driven AI use cases and simple prototypes.
• Learn about responsible AI adoption, including data privacy, quality, bias and explainability.
