Job summary

Societe Generale in Warsaw is hiring for a Structured Finance Middle Office role within the GBTO/FTB division. You will oversee setup and operational management of syndicated and bilateral loans and guarantees, collaborating with Paris teams to ensure accurate execution and reporting.

The ideal candidate has back/middle office bank experience, knowledge of structured finance docs, and fluent English; French is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in a back/middle office within a bank is expected.
• Understanding of structured finance products (syndicated loans, bilateral loans, guarantees).
• Ability to read legal documentation (LMA knowledge is a plus).
• Strong verbal and written English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage new and existing transactions in Structured Finance operations (syndicated loans, bilateral loans, guarantees).
• Analyze legal documentation and collect/verify approvals.
• Input and validate data in systems (Loan IQ, Covtrack).
• Monitor post-closing tasks and data quality; report incidents and follow defined processes.
