Societe Generale in Warsaw seeks a Structured Finance Middle Office professional to set up and manage syndicated and bilateral loans and guarantees. You will analyze legal documents, validate data in Loan IQ and Covtrack, and monitor post-closing tasks while collaborating with Paris partners.

Qualifications

• Worked in a back/middle office in a bank for several years.
• Understanding of structured finance (syndicated/bilateral loans, guarantees).
• Enjoy reading legal documentation; knowledge of LMA docs is a plus.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Analyze legal documentation for transactions.
• Collect and check approvals.
• Provide input and data validation in systems (Loan IQ, Covtrack).
• Manage and monitor post-closing tasks like data quality maintenance.
• Report incidents/complaints per deadlines and best practices.
• Contribute to process/procedure improvements.
• Respond to questions from auditors.
