Qualifications

• Doświadczenie w back/middle office w banku przez kilka lat.
• Znajomość finansowania strukturalnego (syndykowane, bilateralne kredyty, gwarancje).
• Preferowana umiejętność czytania dokumentów prawnych (LMA to atut).
• Biegła znajomość angielskiego; francuski będzie atutem.
• Łatwość komunikacji z różnorodną grupą odbiorców w złożonym kontekście.
• Umiejętności analityczne i syntezy informacji.

Responsibilities

• Implementacja i zarządzanie transakcjami w operacjach Structured Finance.
• Analiza dokumentów prawnych.
• Zbieranie i weryfikacja zgód.
• Wprowadzanie danych i walidacja w Loan IQ i Covtrack.
• Kontrola danych po zamknięciu transakcji i monitorowanie jakości.
• Raportowanie incydentów zgodnie z terminami i standardami.
• Udział w doskonaleniu procesów i procedur.
• Obsługa audytów i odpowiadanie na pytania audytorów.
• Monitorowanie zaleceń (NFA) i planów działań w wyznaczonych terminach.
• Przeprowadzanie operacyjnych i zarządczych kontroli nadzorczych.

Structured Finance Middle Office Analyst

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

Your responsibilities

• Implementation and management of both new and existing transactions, within Structured Finance operations (syndicated loans, bilateral loans, guarantee issuances):
• Analyzing legal documentation
• Collecting and checking of the approvals,
• Providing input and data validation in the systems (Loan IQ, Covtrack),
• Managing and monitoring post-closing tasks like data quality and accuracy maintenance,
• Reporting incidents/complaints according to the deadlines and best practices defined,
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes/procedures,
• Answering questions from internal and external auditors,
• Monitoring and supervising recommendations (NFAs) and associated action plans within the given timeframe,
• Performing operational and managerial supervision controls.

Our requirements

• Have worked in a back/ middle office in a bank, ideally in for several years
• Understand the structured finance (syndicated loans, bilateral loans, guarantee issuances)
• Enjoy reading legal documentation (knowledge of LMA documentation is a plus)
• Speak English fluently (proficiency in French is an asset)
• Easily communicate with a diverse audience, especially in a complex context
• Have analytical and synthesis skills

Structured Finance Middle Office Team (SMO) is a part of the Global Banking Technology & Operations Service Unit - Financing (GBTO/FTB) division and is responsible for the set up and operational management of Structured Finance Syndicated and Bilateral Loans and Guarantees. The team was created in July 2025 and since then has been collaborating closely with the business partners from Paris.
