Job summary

Société Générale in Warsaw is seeking a detail-oriented Operations professional for the Exchange Department of Back Office. You will process client payment instructions, verify data, and ensure timely execution while collaborating with Front/Middle Office and other teams.

We value accuracy, reliability under time pressure, and strong communication across stakeholders. Fluency in Polish and English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and reliable with focus on accuracy.
• Experience in banking operations, Back Office or payment processing.
• Ability to collaborate with Front/Middle Office and other teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and manually enter client payment instructions into banking systems.
• Review, correct and update transaction data to ensure successful execution.
• Cooperate with Front Office, Middle Office and Customer Services to resolve issues.
• Handle operational correspondence and documentation.
• Ensure activities meet deadlines and SLAs.
