Societe Generale is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst in Warsaw to safeguard banking processes and ensure accurate risk assessments and robust controls. You will align with the Group’s evolving methodologies and support the governance framework.

The role covers codification of controls, monitoring KPIs/KRIs, and providing timely management reports. English fluency is required; French is a strong advantage. Hybrid work setup in central Warsaw is offered along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in operational risk, internal audit, or similar oversight role.
• Solid understanding of banking operational risk frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Fluent in English; French knowledge is a strong plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Analyze and monitor compliance of banking processes codification and risk assignments.
• Codify controls related to risks from activities and processes in operational systems.
• Monitor KPIs and KRIs related to operational risk.
• Support stakeholders in timely closure of Second and Third Line of Defense recommendations.
• Ensure data quality and prepare management reports and analyses.
