Job summary

Abbott in Poland is seeking a sales professional to manage and grow assigned accounts in Interventional Cardiology, LAAO and ICE adoption; you will lead territory plans, drive product education, and collaborate with physicians and hospital teams.

You will provide technical and clinical support during LAAO procedures, maintain CRM data, report product events, and ensure adherence to quality and regulatory standards; travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• University degree in scientific, biomedical, healthcare, engineering, or technical discipline.
• Experience within the medical device industry.
• Experience supporting Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart and/or Electrophysiology procedures with physicians and Cath Lab teams.
• Strong commercial and account management skills with the ability to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow assigned accounts to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans to drive LAAO and ICE adoption.
• Lead commercial discussions, tender processes, and key customer engagements.
• Build strong relationships with physicians, Cath Lab teams, and hospital stakeholders.
