Job summary

Abbott in Poland is seeking a Sales and Therapy Specialist, LAAO, to manage commercial development of accounts across Central and North Poland, with Warsaw as home base. You will drive adoption of LAAO therapies, support physicians during procedures, and promote ICE usage.

You will collaborate with Interventional Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists, imaging specialists, and hospital stakeholders to expand patient access and improve outcomes while ensuring compliance with Abbott standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/biomedical/healthcare/engineering field.
• Experience in medical devices and with Interventional Cardiology preferred.
• Strong commercial and account management skills.
• Fluency in English and Polish; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow accounts to meet sales targets and increase market share.
• Develop territory plans to drive LAAO and ICE adoption.
• Lead commercial discussions, tenders, and key customer engagements.
• Collaborate with physicians and Cath Lab teams to optimize outcomes.
• Maintain CRM data, forecasts, and inventory; ensure compliance.
