Formación

• M&A strategy and execution experience in consulting or PE contexts.
• Ability to translate deal challenges into structured workplans and recommendations.
• Experience in target screening, due diligence and value creation planning.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English required.
• Experience engaging clients and steering workstreams across continents.

Responsabilidades

• Own workstreams across M&A and PE engagements from diligence to value creation.
• Lead or support target screening, due diligence, TSA management, and integration planning.
• Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and governance through IMO/SMO.
• Prepare client‑ready recommendations and executive updates.
