Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, project management, or analytical roles.
Exceptional PowerPoint and executive-ready materials experience.
Strong ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear narratives and visuals.
Ability to collaborate remotely across time zones and manage priorities independently.
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT or Copilot.
Experience with project management methodologies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop polished presentations, briefing materials, pre-reads, and decision documents for leadership reviews and executive meetings.
Support strategic analyses, secondary research, and synthesis of business insights across workstreams.
Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely strategic materials.
Track milestones, risks, actions, and deliverables across strategy projects.
Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and industry trends.
Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and synthesis of insights.
Drive AI implementation and governance within Region North America and conduct ROI assessments.
Contribute to building templates and slide libraries for the Strategy & PMO team.
