Job summary

Astellas Pharma in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Business Data Analyst to translate business needs into data-driven solutions within the Global Capability Centre. You will work in an agile environment to enhance employee experience through AI-enabled insights.

You will collaborate with AI value teams, build dashboards with Power BI, and help deliver scalable, value-focused use cases for HR and operations. Hybrid work arrangement, commutable location, and opportunities to grow within a global life

Qualifications

Experience in business analysis or data analysis within a multinational or matrixed organisation.
Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik) with working knowledge of Qualtrics.
Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Microsoft Lists) and data-driven solution development.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Understanding of agile ways of working and exposure to digital, automation, or AI-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across GBS to gather and document business requirements related to employee experience initiatives.
Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through data insights and enabling technologies.
Support the development of dashboards and reports using BI tools to monitor and improve employee experience metrics.
Contribute to evaluation of technology solutions and preparation of business cases, including AI-driven use cases and PoCs.
Work in agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies and ensuring scalable, business-aligned solution delivery.
