Job summary

LEO Pharma is seeking a Strategy Analyst to translate direction, data, and input into executive materials, insights, and workstream updates. You will join the North America Strategy & PMO team and collaborate across strategy, insights, data, analytics, and core business functions.

You will develop polished presentations for leadership reviews and support analyses across multiple workstreams, driving AI adoption and governance while maintaining high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or analytical roles.
• Strong PowerPoint and executive material creation skills.
• Ability to synthesize information into clear narratives for leadership.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Develop polished presentations, briefing materials, pre-reads, and decision documents for leadership reviews and meetings.
• Support strategic analyses and synthesis of business insights across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure materials are accurate and timely.
• Track milestones, risks, and deliverables across strategy projects for timely execution.
• Monitor market developments and translate insights into actionable summaries.

• Contribute to templates and slide libraries for consistent high-quality outputs.

Your role

Your primary tasks will include:

• Develop polished presentations, briefing materials, pre-reads, and decision documents for leadership reviews, steering committees, workshops, and executive meetings.
• Support strategic analyses, secondary research, and synthesis of business insights across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate inputs from cross-functional stakeholders to ensure strategic materials are accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
• Track milestones, risks, action items, and deliverables across strategy projects to support timely execution and follow-through.
• Monitor competitor activity, market developments, and industry trends, translating insights into clear and actionable summaries.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and strengthen insight synthesis.
• Drive AI implementation and governance within Region North America and conduct ROI assessments for AI investments.
• Contribute to building templates, slide libraries, and best practices that help the Strategy & PMO team work smarter and deliver consistently high-quality outputs.

We imagine that you bring:

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, project management, or a related analytical role.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation-building capabilities, including experience creating executive-ready materials.
• Strong ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into clear narratives, visuals, and recommendations.
• Ability to collaborate remotely with colleagues across time zones and manage priorities independently.
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools.
• Experience with project management methodologies is an advantage.

As a person, you bring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and the confidence to collaborate with stakeholders across functions. You are organized, proactive, and able to communicate clearly — even when timelines are tight and priorities are shifting.
